Why Exhibit

The Annual Conference is CITE's biggest event of the year, and one you won't want to miss! 

Attendees of the CITE conference support all facets of IT including CTOs and Directors of Technology, Network Managers and Engineers, Data Base Administrators, Support, and Technicians. We also attract Classroom Teacher, Administrators, and District and County Superintendents. Our conference is the home for IT decision makers who are working on projects or always looking for new partners to improve the systems in their LEA.


Location & Schedule

The 2025 CITE Conference will take place in Sacramento, CA at the Sacramento Convention Center. 

Exhibitor Schedule* - Please note that our conference schedule is shifting for attendees and exhibitors. 

We open the show with a lively reception at 5:00 pm the night before the main show day. On Wednesday, the show opens at 8:30 am and closes at 3:30 pm.

Monday, November 17, 2025
  • 8:00am - 6:00pm Exhibitor Move-In
  • 3:00pm - 6:00pm Registration Open (Badge Pick Up)
Tuesday, November 18, 2025
  • 7:00am - 5:00pm Registration Open (Badge Pick Up)
  • 8:00am - 12:00pm Exhibit hall Move-In
    • Aisles must be clear by 12:00 pm
  • 12:00pm - 5:00pm Exhibit Hall final set-up
  • 5:00pm - 7:00pm Opening Reception
    • Exhibitor badge must be picked up from registration by 5pm for admission into the Expo Hall Reception. Failure to pickup your badge by 5pm may result in denial of entrance to the reception.
Wednesday, November 19, 2025
  • 7:00am - 12:00pm Registration Open (Badge Pick Up)
  • 7:00am - 8:00am Exhibitor Breakfast (In Exhibit Hall)
  • 8:30am - 3:30pm Exhibit Show (Boxed Lunch Provided)
  • 3:30pm - 7:30pm Move-Out

Note: The Exhibit Show will be held at the Sacramento Convention Center.

Please do not ship any items to the exhibit hall or hotels; please coordinate all shipments with Tricord Event Services.

Startup Information
  • Startup companies may apply to be eligible for Startup Table registration. If you are interested in registering for a startup booth, please fill out our interest form here. More information can be found on the form. For any questions please email exhibit@cite.org.
Refund Policy
Should an exhibitor or attendee need to cancel, refunds will be granted based on the following guidelines:
  • Full Refund less processing fees: Before October 1, 2025
  • 50% Refund less processing fees: Between October 2, 2025 and October 26, 2025
  • No Refund: On or After October 27, 2025

On or after October 27, 2025 refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of CITE. Processing fees will be determined at the time of refund request.
