Member Spotlight: Haley Raymer
Haley Raymer

Haley is the Member Engagement Specialist at CITE, working to connect members with programs and services to support CITE’s important mission. Her experience includes non-profit association program management, marketing and operations, and project support in higher education. Haley understands the importance associations play for members, both as a member herself, and a professional supporting those members. She is dedicated to creating thriving communities, improving the member experience, and elevating knowledge bases, all while having a little fun doing it! Away from the office, Haley enjoys staying active, exploring the central coast with her husband, serving on a non-profit board of directors, and fostering shelter animals.
What do you do in your limited free time?:
"My husband and I love all things sports! We enjoy rooting on our favorite teams and play in a few soccer leagues together. We are also very involved with fostering animals in our local shelters."
What sparked your interest about working for CITE?
"I love membership associations! Having been a member of a professional organization as well as worked for a membership association, the value these organizations bring to their members is incredible, and I'm so proud to be a part of it."
What excites you most about your new role here at CITE?
"Learning more about the industry, the members we serve, as well as the untapped opportunities and possibilities we have yet to uncover."

"My husband has always supported and encouraged me; for that, and him, I am so grateful!"
