Showdowns

Our Conference Committee is between several topics for this year’s Showdowns. We’ve decided to change the selection process and will select the topics that have the most interest from exhibitors. Potential topics include Phishing Prevention, Endpoint Detection Response, Managed Security Provider/SOC, SIEM Solutions, Student Information Systems, Voice over IP (VoIP), Wireless Network Solutions. If you are interested in participating in any of the Showdowns listed, please complete this form for each Showdown your company is interested in participating in: https://form.asana.com/?k=FfBd4vjmEjj8neT5Hu4Sgg&d=1202710242568759

What’s a Showdown?

Showdown sessions are exciting, fast-paced, and participatory. Approximately 4-6 vendors receive 5-10 minutes to deliver their best presentation about the product. A Q&A session with the audience follows the presentations. Then, attendees vote on the best presentation (NOT the best product). Participants will have a small table at the back of the room where they can display samples and answer questions as attendees exit.

Why Should You Participate?

Showdowns are an opportunity for FREE face time with conference attendees. You’ll have 10 minutes to showcase why your solution is the best and attendees will choose who they think is the best. This will also prompt attendees to visit you in the expo hall to learn more if they’re interested!

Raffle Prizes

We are accepting raffle prizes from all exhibitors. To make the most money for this raffle we ask that you donate gifts that our attendees would like. Our attendees are true nerds and would love a technology forward prize. In the past popular prizes were Bluetooth headphones, watches, gift cards etc.

We are excited to announce that our annual raffle’s proceeds will go to the wonderful charity; because I said I would. Because I said I would is a non-profit dedicated to the betterment of humanity through promises made and kept. They work to change lives through character development programs and volunteer projects in partnership with schools, juvenile detention centers, prisons, and communities. For more information on the charity please check out their website: https://becauseisaidiwould.org
