Rosie Talcott

Rosie Talcott is the Director of Education Programs at CITE. She works with her team to develop and deliver CITE's education programs and directs the selection of learning opportunities for the annual conference. She has her Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University, where she focused her studies on training and DEI. Through her previous work as a facilitator, she has trained over two thousand employees in leadership skills such as coaching, feedback, communication, and navigating change. She has a background in HR operations and program management and worked in nonprofit capacity building at Taproot Foundation for many years where she designed custom leadership development programs. She is passionate about providing education leaders with the skills they need to build sustainable, productive, and inclusive teams.
