Private meeting rooms can be used during the Exhibit Hall Opening Reception on Tuesday, November 17, and from 8:30am - 3:30pm on Wednesday, November 18. You will need to work with the convention center on setup and any food/beverage needs.

A meeting room on the show floor is included with Zettabyte and Exabyte sponsorships and all other levels receive the following discounts based on sponsorship level:

Digital Posters will be placed in high traffic areas of the Convention Center for maximum visibility from attendees. Sponsorship is available for Tuesday & Wednesday.
