Jon Carrino

Jon Carrino is the Assistant Superintendent of Business Services for the William S. Hart Union High School District located in Santa Clarita, California. The William S. Hart Union High School District serves 20,000 students in grades 7-12 across 16 schools. Mr. Carrino leads his division with a focus on customer service and supporting the classroom needs of teachers and students. He has worked in education for more than 25 years, during which he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems from California State University Northridge in 2011 and a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne in 2018. Mr. Carrino successfully completed the CITE CTO Mentor Program in 2015 and served as a Mentor from 2019 to 2024, served as the founding Chair of the CITE Antelope Valley / Santa Clarita Valley Regional Group from 2016 to 2024, and currently serves on the CITE Board of Directors. He believes in the strength and power of the education community members, and strives to connect educators and technology professionals with their counterparts in schools and districts to grow themselves and others in our community.
