CITE will add all Exabyte and Petabyte level sponsors' logo to our monthly newsletter.
Priority Participation or Invitation to Additional CITE Activities

CITE will prioritize CAP sponsors as partners on CITE sponsored events and encourage Regional Group leaders to use CAP sponsors to host Lunch-n-Learns at meetings.

Customized Benefits

Hosted Webinar or Online Workshop
If you selected this as an option, our team will work with you to host an online workshop or webinar. We will review your agenda and content, as well as introduce you and monitor the chat. We will create and market it as an event in partnership with CITE to encourage our members to attend. A title, description, presenter names, and any social media graphics must be provided at least one month in advance of the webinar date. Dates for 2023-24 coming soon!
Product Feedback Focus Group from CITE Membership
If you selected this as an option, CITE will coordinate a 45-minute focus group to gain feedback from CITE membership. Focus groups will include 2-3 participants from our membership. To begin the focus group process, please send Laurel Nava the following information:
- A description of the topic
- Specific goals or questions you would like to address
- A set of dates/time options a month ahead of the current date in order to allow time for scheduling of members (we encourage times around the lunch hour and/or at approximately 3:30 pm)
30 Second Podcast Ad
If your company selected a 30 second Podcast ad, you will need to either provide copy for our hosts to read or you can record your own 30 second ad and submit it to be added into the episode. We will work ads into the beginning of the episode to ensure we capture as many listeners as possible.

If your company selected a blog post, you will need to provide all copy and images for the post. Please keep posts limited to 2000 words. CITE may ask you to edit your article if the post exceeds more than 2000 words.
