Member Spotlight: Tricia Galloway
Tricia Galloway

Tricia is the Member Engagement Assistant at CITE, where she supports both the Member Engagement team and the organization's valued members. Tricia earned a Bachelors of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Cal Poly Pomona and with over a decade of experience in the hospitality and nonprofit sectors, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep passion for building strong community connections. Before joining CITE, she was an Operations Manager for the California Society of CPAs, where she managed key member relationships and facilitated impactful events. Tricia is driven by a genuine commitment to being a resource and support system for others, and is passionate for helping members connect, engage, and succeed.
What do you do in your limited free time?:
"I'm a true foodie and love trying new restaurants with my hubby! I also love taking my 4 year old daughter on adventures and love experiencing new things with her."
What sparked your interest about working for CITE?
"I am inspired by CITE's mission, especially with the commitment of supporting and protecting our students. In the world where IT plays a large role in education, I truly believe our members are helping create a safer and more productive environment for them to learn."
What excites you most about your new role here at CITE?
"I really enjoy relationship building and feel that working in Membership is the perfect fit for me. It gives me the opportunity to meet new people, while building value for our members."
