The CITE Identity & Access Management Academy is an on-demand course that offers in-depth guidance into Identity and Access Management practices along with real-world application opportunities. By the end of the academy, students will have gained practical skills (ex. map distinct identity types in K-12 environment, build an Identity Matrix and analyze lifecycle scenarios for different accounts, analyze common security risks, etc.) and will have a strong understanding of IAM concepts and resources applicable to the K-12 IT industry.
This course will take place through asynchronous, self-guided and self-paced online content. Five (5) online modules - including peer-discussion boards, and real-world assignments, guide students through Identity & Access Management fundamentals, design and evaluation practices, and real-world IAM strategy and implementation tools . This course is designed for professionals managing privileges at their LEA and anyone who actively manages identities as part of their roles.
