Ailene Chang

Ailene Chang is a Senior Manager of Education Programs and manages KITT and Academy programs at CITE. Ailene has over 20 years of experience (16 in Education) in IT roles, including Support Services, Network Services, Web Development/Digital Design, Infrastructure Readiness, Software Solutions, and Project Management. Ailene has her Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems. She enjoys bringing people together to solve complex problems to develop enterprise-wide solutions. She is also passionate about supporting individuals, connecting individuals to communities, and empowering lifelong learners. Outside of work, Ailene loves traveling with her family to explore new cultures and cuisines.
