Brendan has been in the Customer Success, Sales and Tech fields for over 15 years now leading teams, optimizing operations, and driving client retention within SaaS and customer-focused environments, including a wide range of roles, most notably at Reviver, Smart Noise, 99designs, and Apple. He also owned and managed his own retail business prior to the pandemic in the Music Industry. He prides myself on leading with empathy and clarity, he's passionate about communication, connectivity, team growth and development, improving support processes, and building scalable systems that enhance not only the user journey but our experience internally daily as well.
