The 2024 CITE Conference will take place in San Diego, CA at the Manchester Grand Hyatt of San Diego, with Expo Hall Events taking place at the San Diego Convention Center November 19-21, 2024 with pre-conference activities beginning on November 18..

Pricing Information

Registration Category Information:

  • Educational - This registration type is open to all professionals in education and provides access to the entire conference.
  • Educational Plus - This registration type is open to all professionals in education and provides access to the entire conference. When picking this ticket you grant CITE permission to create a cite.org account on your behalf if you do not already have an existing CITE account. A CITE account is required to access membership benefits. If you have an existing CITE account, your membership expiration date will be updated by a member of our team.
  • Affiliate - This registration type is open to attendees who work outside of education and provides access to the entire conference.
  • Retired/Student - This registration type is open to all students or professionals formerly employed in education at the time of their retirement and provides access to the entire conference.
  • One-Day - This provides access to a single day of the conference.

Attending with your team members? Groups receive discounts! Groups of
2-4 automatically receive $50 off each registration when registering together and groups of 5 or more receive $70 off each registration when registering together.

Refund Policy
Should an exhibitor or attendee need to cancel, refunds will be granted based on the following guidelines:
  • Full Refund less processing fees: Before October 10, 2024
  • 50% Refund less processing fees: Between October 11, 2024 and November 5, 2024
  • No Refund: On or After November 6, 2024

On or after November 6, 2024 refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of CITE. Processing fees will be determined at the time of refund request.

Q: What is the refund policy?

Q: Should I reserve my hotel room now? 
A: We recommend reserving your hotel room as soon as room block links are available. We always sell out of the main hotels around September. We do not recommend overbooking rooms and canceling later--we have a 30-day cancellation policy and we’ll periodically review booking lists and contact those who have booked multiple rooms to be sure they need all rooms.

Q: Are there discounts available? 
Yes! We have several options to save money at the conference. We have two Early Bird registration periods and a Team discount. Additionally, if you apply to present a session and are accepted, you can save $150 off of registration (max of 2 presenters per session).

Q: What meals are included in the conference fee?

  • Your registration fee includes the following meals. Prior attendees have requested that we add a protein item to the breakfasts--we are doing our best to affordably add that and will have more information later! “Heavy appetizers” means things like chicken skewers, quesadillas, bruschetta, etc.

A: Yes! You will be able to refuel at the Starbucks across the street from the Convention Center.
